of the work piece and cutter.		 North American's strength is in CNC Machining and 3D Cavity Cutting. Our three axis CNC machines can handle workloads up to 4000 lbs. In addition, our controllers are configured with high speed machining routines to accurately and quickly power through the work piece.
New OKK vertical machining centre

OKK CNC Vertical machining centre; our latest addition is a three axis machine with a workload capacity of 4400lbs. This machine is equipped with spindle through coolant, high speed machining and an extra long worktable for large jobs.


All of our CNC machines are operated by certified tool and die sinkers. Each operator controls the flow of data to the controller via remote terminals from the CNC server. The operator has program editing and creation capability to facilitate code enhancement or customer based change requests. All CNC code is stored on our master server and the data is reliably secured and archived.

North American CNC programmers provide all operators with a detailed CNC routing report for every detail cut on our machines. This practice ensures proper cutter selection and complete understanding of each cutting operation and sequence for the detail in question.

Band Saw
 VERTICAL METAL CUTTING SAW;
Our new Marvel Series 8 saw can perform cuts on a wide variety of sections. It offers a capacity of 18 inches horizontally and 28 inches vertically.

North American also has to capability to do traditionally traced machining for customers with existing models.
